* How can I support the PTA?

Bay Trail PTA is looking for parents just like you!!!  As your sons/daughters head to middle school, it is even more important to be involved in their activities. And while Room Parents and field trip chaperones are not part of the program, you can still have a vital role!

Become a Member of the Bay Trail PTA -  Membership Page
 
Register for our weekly Enews letter for event invitations -
 

               Welcome other parents at concerts & open house events

               Help with “Home and Careers” classes, no sewing experience necessary!

               Volunteer at a grade level events

               Support fundraising events

 

Consider volunteering for a short-term commitment:

               Audit committee

               Reflections volunteer

               Grants / awards committee

               Budget committee

               8th grade MUD event 

               Reflections volunteer

               Staff Appreciation Breakfast committee

               Teacher Appreciation Week committee

 

Other considerations: 

·         SEPTA – Special Education Parent Teacher Association

·         PACE – Parents Advocating for Challenging in Education

·         SDM Representatives – Shared Decision Making Team

·         Box Tops committee

·         PTA Liaison to district committees through the Board of Education

·         Attend relevant meetings like:

·         PTA meetings - BT PTA Calendar

·         PAB (Parent Advisory Board) meetings - District Calendar
