EXTENDED SALE! Bay Trail PTA Fall Fundraiser
We’ve teamed up with Local Good Fundraising to help us raise money through the sale of locally made pies, desserts, coffee, and savory snacks. All products will be delivered in time for Thanksgiving!
Step 1 – Register your student online at LocalGood.Shop/Register
- Click “Find Your Group”
- Select Bay Trail Middle School PTA from the list of organizations
- Sign-up using your email address, password and phone number, fill in your child’s name and the parent/guardian name
- Click Sign-Up!
Step 2 – After you have signed up in Step 1 above, share our fundraiser with family and friends by asking them to place orders online at LocalGood.Shop.
Please remember to share your student’s information from registration (sample below) with family and friends. Remember students must register first.

Dates To Remember
- Orders Due: Saturday, Oct. 26, 2024
- Order Pick-Up: Sunday, Nov. 24 from 3:00 – 5:00 PM at the Bay Trail Middle School Main Entrance
Remember: You will need to pick up the items you sold and deliver them, except for orders available for shipping. Orders will include the name and address for delivery. Spirit Wear Sale Kicks off October 30!
We are partnering with Match Play Ink to host our Fall Spirit Wear Sale! The sale will run Oct. 30-Nov. 6. Items can be delivered directly to your home or to the school and will arrive in time for the holidays. Be on the lookout for the store link on our Facebook page and in ParentSquare on Oct. 30!

Congratulations to Paul Goverts who won the $50 Amazon gift card, and Mrs. Vadakin who won the $25 gift card! Paul and Mrs. Vadakin took advantage of the Fall Membership Incentive and joined the PTA by Oct. 1 – along with many others! Thanks to all for registering. Your support helps to fund school activities including Locker Set Up Night, 8th Grade Moving Up Ceremony, Family Fun Zone at Homecoming, Senior Scholarships, Teacher Appreciation Week, Arts in Education and more. Individual and family memberships are now available online. We are 115 members strong – over 30 more members than last year!
In Case You Missed It – FAQ from Mrs. Savine
Reminder – On Oct. 8, the PTA sent out an FAQ developed by Mrs. Savine with answers to questions about the change in lunch approaches, schedule changes at the beginning of the year, and more. We have attached the FAQ once again. Please go to the Parent Square app in order to open the attachment. Thanks again to Mrs. Savine for her time and answers – both in the FAQ and in our October meeting.
