Locker Shelf Sale Update
Our locker shelf sale was a huge success! Thanks to all who purchased one! To those families who bought one in our second sale, we will notify you once they arrive (likely by the end of this week). Your student should stop into the main office to pick up their shelf.
Homecoming 2024
This Friday, September 13, join the Penfield Homecoming Festivities at PHS! Take in the football game, enjoy the food trucks, and stop by the PTA-hosted Family Fun Zone activities area. The Bay Trail PTA has partnered with Harris Hill PTA for an air tattoo booth – expect face painters and balloon artists as well!
Donate your Bottles and Cans
It’s football season and if you’re planning Sunday watch parties, please remember the PTA when you are gathering your bottles and cans. If you return them to the Upstate Bottle Return facility in Penfield near Steve’s Diner (or any of their locations), mention Bay Trail PTA, and we will receive a donation for your full return!
Box Tops For Education
Did you know you can raise money for the school during your weekly grocery trip?
Box Tops for Education is a program where certain purchases can earn money for our school! All you have to do is download the Box Tops for Education App and upload qualifying receipts!

September PTA Meeting
Our first PTA meeting of the school year will be held on Thursday, September 19, at 7 p.m. in the Bay Trail Library. If you are unable to join in person, we do have a virtual option to join:
