Throughout the school year, Bay Trail’s Mental Health team works to help support Bay Trail families that find it difficult to financially meet their own needs.
In addition to recommending various programs or linking families with community agencies that can supplement food, clothing, and other necessities, we also facilitate a Helping Hands Program during December.
This program works to provide a little extra cheer to Bay Trail families who need it most.
If you are interested in being a recipient of this program, or in donating a gift to other Bay Trail families, please contact one of the BT counselors or Social Worker for additional details.
