Homecoming is HERE!
See below for some important details that will help you to navigate our evening community event!
Parking: (PLEASE SEE ATTACHED MAP!)
If you park at PHS: You will be directed to park to the RIGHT on campus as you drive down High School Drive until all lots are full. We will then fill the student lot. Once this is also full, vehicles will be redirected to the locations below.
If you park at the Community Center: You can walk down the pathway to PHS OR take advantage of the golf cart shuttles throughout the night.
If you park at Cobbles Elementary: You can walk to PHS OR take advantage of the bus shuttles happening throughout the night.
PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON PEACHTREE- –as this creates a potentially unsafe situation for residents and homeowners on that street.
Student drop-off is in the student lot. The NORTH lot (by athletics and the auditorium) is all reserved parking for handicap accessibility, players, coaches, and trainers; passes are required for the north lot. Students in grades K-8 may not be dropped off as supervision is required.
The flyer attached provides the start and end times for all events: the family fun zone, food trucks, the game and FIREWORKS!!
We are so excited for tonight- as a reminder, Homecoming is intended to be a fun, POSITIVE family event for our community K-12. The same school expectations for students apply at this event, per the Penfield Code of Conduct and Support. We appreciate your support in ensuring a safe Homecoming!
UPDATED ATHLETIC ADMISSION REMINDERS FOR STUDENTS K-8:
As a reminder, we ask that you please review and follow the updated admission policy for Bay Trail student attendance at high school athletic events from Marybeth Walker, PCSD Athletic Director (attached). We do ask that every Bay Trail student attending is accompanied by a parent/guardian/caregiver to ensure safety and supervision. We appreciate this support!
