When and Where: Wednesday October 18th, 7 PM in the PHS Auditorium
Who: The target audience for this film is parents, community caregivers and students in 7th-12th grades.
The film contains content that may not be appropriate for those under 12 years old.
We recommend that parents/care givers make decisions about attending the event as a family based on these parameters

Screenagers Under the Influence delves into how the tech revolution has reshaped adolescence and its effects on substance use. The film debunks myths and depicts strategies parents and schools can use to encourage healthy decision-making, support teen mental health, set limits, and create healthy home environments.
After the screening, audience members may participate in a brief wrap up with Delphi counselors, school administrators, and other families to discuss the film. Supplemental information about local resources will be available, as will the opportunity to ask questions and discuss ways to access resources. Those needing more time to digest the content will have the opportunity to participate in a follow-up electronic questionnaire which will be shared through Parent Square the day after the event. Questions will be compiled from both the event and electronic questionnaire, and a follow up FAQ will be distributed to district families for additional support.
